The first step is choosing where to go. It does not have to be a 5 Star Restaurant. Do you want to go Solo or include your family and friends? Some Couples prefer privacy and to be alone. Make a Reservation and talk to the Manager about your plans. Let the Restaurant help you. When is the right time to pop the question? At Desert would be the ideal time. Don't forget to open a bottle of Champaign in Celebration of the Occasion.
